Beds for 8* people plus…
There are four bedrooms with a total of 5 beds (2 King, 2 Queens and a trundle daybed w/2 twins) plus the flex area can be used for extra sleeping space by using the air mattresses. We also have a pack n play available if needed.
*There is a max of 2 adults per bedroom allowed per local rules. Children under 16 can be added without a problem.
Dining Table seats 8 plus…
There are two stools at the island (can be used at the dining table too) and there’s a folding table w/four chairs for more seating inside.
Amazing outdoor kitchen!
Over-looking the Piney Point driving range, the kitchen pavilion boasts a 36” Blackstone griddle and a large propane grill with plenty of counter space. A table and six chairs, as well as the conversation group provide plenty of seating for meals. Enjoy the TV and sound system on game day!
Hot Tub* and large Firepit
When the sun goes down, how about a relaxing soak in our 6 person hot tub? Maybe smores and conversation around the firepit…a wonderful way to connect with family and friends!
*The hot tub is seasonal (from about October-May) or by special request in warm months.
Toys and Games
Ping Pong table in the garage, corn hole, ladder ball, croquet, tree swing outside! Games and puzzles inside!
What you wont find here…
We aren’t fancy…we don’t have 800 thread count sheets or Pottery Barn furniture and accessories. We don’t have fancy appliances or electronics. We’re glad you’re here, but we won’t have a gift waiting for you…instead you’ll find little extras that we include to make your stay easier. Like all your paper products, laundry soap and coffee/tea provided.
The house is 50 years old, so it has some cracked concrete outside and uneven floors inside. The lawn is a combo of about 4 different types of grass. But, we do have space, functionality and thoughtful touches to help make your stay comfortable and relaxing. See the list of ‘features’ for details on what to expect if you book…
